We want you and your young rider to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy on all our bikes and accessories. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, we are here to help you get back on the trail as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal within 30 days of delivery and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

• 2.
  Pack the Gear

  Carefully place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of the box over the original label.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once our workshop inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
